Introduction

In recent years, the quest for effective and safe weight loss solutions has led to a surge in research on various dietary supplements and their potential benefits. One such supplement that has garnered attention is pyruvate. A study published in the journal “Metabolism” titled “The Effects of Pyruvate Supplementation on Body Weight, Body Composition, and Vigor and Fatigue Levels” sought to investigate the impact of pyruvate supplementation on overweight individuals’ body weight, body composition, and energy levels.
