Steve H Caccire, DPT., ACSM-EP, C.S.C.S.

Dr. Caccire holds a doctorate degree in physical therapy and earned his Masters from Columbia University. A multi-time wrestling tournament champion, upon attending East Stroudsburg University and majoring in exercise physiology, Dr. Caccire wrestled with their Division I team. There he began combining his first-hand experience of being a dedicated and accomplished competitive athlete with tremendous academic accomplishments in the field of human physiology, physical performance, human kinetics, and injury rehabilitation.

Dr. Caccire credits the dedication and hard physical labor he put in as a competitive athlete and champion wrestler, with giving him an intimate understanding of physical function. During his academic years, he dedicated himself to attaining a deep understanding of the science and kinetics of the human body. In his capacity as a healthcare professional, Dr. Caccire implements his craft to heal patients from physical injury, improve body function, and maximize competitive results. With numerous amateur and professional athletes from the NBA, MLB, UFC, WWE, and USTA, as well as our Olympic and AAU athletics, all at Peak Wellness, Dr. Caccire’s patient-centered approach applies to athletes at all levels, non-athletes at any age, pediatric physical therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, fibromyalgia and pregnancy/post-partum care.
